The company behind me takes great pride in the quality in the products they offer.  To insure quality is what you receive,great care isused in packaging your merchandise.  Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that every item will be received in perfect condition.

     All items are time sensitive.  All items must be returned within 20 days of receipt.  We are not responable for the shipping and handling charges accured  for returning merchandise.  We will gladly pay the the return shipping charges to you.  If an incorrect, defective or damaged item  is received, all shipping charges will be your sole responsibility. 

     A material request authorization number will be issued to you. A return label and address will be fowarded to you  and the MRA # must be on the return package.

     All return items must be returned in their unsoiled carton and with the same packaging they came in.

                                 WARRANTY

      Most products have warranty papers with them. Follow their procedure.  Smaller items may have a limited warranty Any problems e-mail me and I will do my best to help.
