     Master your own destiny.

       You want what is best for yourself and your family.  You can start by preparing healthier foods.  Foods cooked with no oil or grease.  It's concept is to start in our surigical stainless steel valve controlled cookware on medium heat, not hot heat, but medium heat.  When the valve goes off, you reset the valve and continue cooking at at lower heat.  As the food continues to cook, you can stack one pot on another and another. Stack cooking.

     Why waterless cooking?

      There are many reasons.  #1, it is easier, #2, you do not use high temperatures, #3 the heat is evenly distributed, leaving less chance of burning, #4, you cook the food in their natural juices, leaving more nutrients in the food, #5, with the steam control valve, you save yourself valuable time and energy.  Using this system, you save approximately 40% more nutrients than in conventional cooking.  Roasting, frying and boiling lose alot of nutrients in their process.  And, how about this.  With steam control cooking, there is a good chance of lowering your cholosterol count.

     Why surigical stainless steel.  In hospital operating rooms, doctors use surigical stainless steel instruments to operate on your body.  So, why not use surigical stainless cookware  to prepare the food that goes into your body.  Cast iron and aluminum are poreous and may transmit a different taste.  Coated cookware, like teflon, uses some chemicals in their composition.

    Stainless steel is low carbon steel.  It  contains chromium that give it corrosion resistence.  With it's thick bottom layers, it leaves out hot spots and gives better heat distribution.  There are some with 7 ply bottom layers and some with 5 ply bottom layers. 5 ply construction consists of, 1 ultra stainless steel layer,  2 aluminum alloy for bonding and heat transfer, 3 pure aluminum fast heat  distribution, 4 another aluminum alloy layer and 5,  304 surigical stainless steel.    Now 7 bottom layer cookware.  I t contains the same as 5 layer but with a carbon steel layer and another 304 surigical stainless steel layer.  Stainless steel in non pourous, so it is healthier.  It does not add toxins and poisonous heavy metals into your food.
